Fuel Labs: Documentation Refresh
Revamping Fuel Network's documentation to make their product easier to use for hundreds of thousands of users across wallets and community platforms.

Why I Take Documentation Seriously
Documentation is critical for a tech company because it turns knowledge into something scalable, usable, and durable. Without it, progress depends on people instead of systems, which doesn’t scale. When learning a new tool, I personally start with documentation as it is the most accurate resource for up-to-date information.
The Design Makes the Difference
Clear documentation enhances product quality by reducing ambiguity, making systems easier to test, debug, and maintain, and helping teams understand not just how things work, but why they were designed that way. It improves collaboration across engineering, design, product, and support teams by enabling asynchronous work and reducing unnecessary meetings.
Companies Considering a Documentation Refresh
Externally, strong documentation builds trust with users and developers, accelerates adoption, and lowers support costs by making products easier to understand and use. Documentation plays a critical role in security, compliance, and risk management by supporting audits and formal processes. Ultimately, this saves time and money as the company grows.
Tools Used
